Hi! Welcome! My name is Lauren and I am so excited to help you on your journey! I am here to provide a space where you can come for lifelong recipes, mind & body support, put food fads and facts to rest in simple terms, educate you on foods and ingredients, and best holistic health practices! I’m wrapping up my studies to sit for the Board Exam to become a Registered Dietitian and I’m a wellness guru through-and-through. This field of work is my absolute passion and I’m so excited to make it a career as well. You can look forward to cook books, wellness guides and more soon! I’m so excited to connect with all of you!
